Noel has been a licensed therapist for 17 years and prior to this he spent 20 years at Merrill Lynch both as an investment and branch manager. Noel brings his diverse life experience to his work by using a range of therapeautic approaches tailored to each client - such as psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Jungarian therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Hypnotherapy, Career counseling, and more. Working alongside a psychiatrist and in the heart of Silicon Valley for the past ten years, Noel possesses significant knowledge around the benefits, best uses and challenges faced by those using medications for their mental health.
On a given day, Noel works from many different approaches from patient to patient: "Every session has a different DNA. I don't care much for modalities for fear I might lose my maneuverability with my patient." Kianna attended undergrad at Colgate University for Sociology and Biology. A passion for Mental Health and a thirst to understand why people do the things we do, led her to attend the Syracuse University School of Social Work and majored in Mental Health.
