As a Social Worker of color, Kianna was drawn to becoming a therapist after her own struggle to find a therapist that looks like her. Kianna wants to dismantle the stigma that many communities carry about seeking help for mental challenges and show people that everyone can benefit from a better relationship with themselves. Kianna attended undergrad at Colgate University for Sociology and Biology. A passion for Mental Health and a thirst to understand why people do the things we do, led her to attend the Syracuse University School of Social Work and majored in Mental Health. Kianna works with diverse populations of all ages since then and enjoys working with people who have come from disadvantaged backgrounds, people of color, women, Autists, and persons living with Anxiety and Trauma of all kinds. Trauma comes in many forms and the abuser can be a member of your family, a stranger and even your society.

Daniel has been practicing since 2013 and obtained his master's degree at Fordham University with an additional certification as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist from the Training Institute for Mental Health. He began as a mental health counselor for individuals with HIV & AIDS. Daniel works primarily in a psychodynamic modality and focus most on the individual relationship between the patient and therapist. He believes in building a holistic practice and learning new modalities and treatments like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, meditation, and neurofeedback. He specializes in treating anxiety, bipolar disorders, manic depressive illness, PTSD, anger management, depression, sleep disorders, family relationships, men's issues and stress management.

Caroline has been a therapist for over 20 years. She is a trauma-informed clinician and has worked in a variety of settings, including mental health clinics, adult care settings, brain injury clinics, and hospice. She has worked with individuals from all walks of life. She offers a non-judgmental approach to therapy and uses an integration of various treatment modalities suited to you. Together we will explore how to reduce your emotional distress, increase your sense of self, and address existential questions.

Daniel has an extensive background in working with military, and veteran issues. He is a former freestyle wrestler and US Army-enlised combat medic and Naval Officer (Medical Service Corps). His training is wide with backgrounds in Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, Trauma, and Family Systems (IFS) with training in several evidence-based therapy models, including PE, CPT, and CBT. He specializes in working with depression, anxiety, and military-related trauma. Daniel provides a tailored treatment and encourages collaboration during the treatment process. He values the uniqueness of each individual client and strive to create an environment of trust, compassion, respect and empathy. Together you will pace treatment to heal from possible painful memories that may have led to stuck feelings, negative thoughts, unhelpful patterns, and distrust in others.

Dr. Regina Cofrin is a certified Gestalt Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist. She is also bilingual in Spanish and a graduate professor in mental health counseling who specializes in anxiety, bipolar disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, anger management, impulse disorder, depression, and ADD/ADHD. Dr. Cofrin is committed to providing consistent care to help you to discover who you are underneath the many layers and masks that keep you from feeling whole, complete, and satisfied. Dr. Cofrin works from a creed: true connection and communication aid in facilitating change through the awareness of the power of the mind and the powers of the now. She is well-versed in accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness in order to help you make authentic contact with yourself and achieve self enlightenment. Dr. Cofrin strives to create these magical moments for healing and caters your journey to fit your individual needs. Through your work together, you will grow in confidence and be able to affirm yourself.

Helping people is Sharon's passion. Returning to education after years in business allowed Sharon to find purpose and help others find theirs. She believes that everyone is already given the tools to help understand their inner journey.Sharon offers a compassionate, non judgmental safe environment to explore and express your inner most self and ask yourself the tough questions.Each person‘s experience is different- depending on cultural, social and familial circumstances. Scary at times, always rewarding in the end. Sharon brings a full spectrum of experience including empirical research, education, life experience and more to the table.

Yael is a licensed Mental Health Counselor from Yeshiva Graduate School of Psychology. She is trained in all facets of mental health, delivering exceptional and individualized care to all of her clients. Yael’s technical training is concentrated in personality, anxiety, ADD, OCD, eating disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related disorders. She also provides tailored counseling to all who face bereavement, parenting support, relationships (couples), and LGBTQ+ concerns. Yael utilizes a variety of therapy types based on individual needs; this may include DBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, CBT, Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and psychodynamic approaches.

Tanya is a licensed mental health counselor with a deep affinity for Holistic and Mental Health healing. She specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Trauma-focused work, Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ+ - as well as meditation, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, sound, Reiki, accountability coaching, and corporate coaching. Wellness isn’t just a state of mind. Tanya integrates wellness into all her work and uses a positive, strength-based, creative approach, and works with her clients to foster a safe and comfortable environment as well as a therapeutic relationship free from judgement and labels. She believes that therapy can be a transformative process that can help us learn to open ourselves to the deeper parts of our psyches, and also assist us in learning how to open ourselves to identifying our true core values and goals. Together you will work towards symptom relief and a greater understanding of oneself.

Raas a queer non-binary transmasc therapist whose goal is to make you feel safe and honored - while being present, mindful and non-judgmental so that you may bring your full self to the relationship. Their therapeutic style is relational, allowing freedom of expression to occur in our dynamic. Raas is guided by therapeutic modalities such as DBT, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theories, and Psychedelic Integration; in addition to being trauma-focused and aware of the way trauma can become stuck in our nervous system's responses. They value the way the mind and body are intricately connected and inform our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Raas has 20 yrs experience in mental health and 10 yrs experience as a licensed social worker, including significant experience working with queer/LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, people who are HIV+, survivors of religious trauma, sex workers, mental health crises, anxiety, bi-polar, burn-out, depression developmental trauma, body dysmorphia, chronic pain, eating disorders, and people diagnosed with personality disorders. Raas will endeavor to honor your specific life experience and the strength you have as your life's narrator.
