With over 20 years experience building brands globally, Franco has worked profitably scaling businesses from fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures in the renewable energy, consumer packaged goods and health & wellness spaces. A hands on empathic leader, entrepreneur and mental health advocate, Franco has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company and Strategy Magazine and has guest lectured at George Brown College and Ryerson University.
Vicki started a marketing career in her home state of Oregon at Nike, learning how to build best-in-class brands. Her career spans sports, fitness, fashion, wellness, mental health, and psychedelics, at companies such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, LVMH, Peloton, Tonal, Field Trip, as well as her own business advising promising start-ups and early-stage companies. Vicki returned to school for a master’s degree in Psychology at Columbia University and will be a licensed psychoanalyst in 2023. Pioneering the the space of mental health, holistic wellness, and psychedelics has been an intersection of passion both personally and professionally.
Joseph del Moral has been the co-founder of four fast growing companies that were at the forefront of their industries and were either acquired by public companies or IPO’d. In his role as founder and CEO, Joseph and his co-founders conceived and scaled home services, medical cannabis, mental health, and biotech drug development businesses. Joseph has always sought to use business as a tool to scale positive impact in the world. Over the last 15 years Joseph has helped raise significant growth capital, taken multiple companies public and completed several acquisitions.
