Daniel has been practicing since 2013 and obtained his master's degree at Fordham University with an additional certification as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist from the Training Institute for Mental Health. He began as a mental health counselor for individuals with HIV & AIDS. Daniel works primarily in a psychodynamic modality and focus most on the individual relationship between the patient and therapist. He believes in building a holistic practice and learning new modalities and treatments like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, meditation, and neurofeedback. He specializes in treating anxiety, bipolar disorders, manic depressive illness, PTSD, anger management, depression, sleep disorders, family relationships, men's issues and stress management.

She is a trauma-informed clinician and has worked in a variety of settings, including mental health clinics, adult care settings, brain injury clinics, and hospice. As a Social Worker of color, Kianna was drawn to becoming a therapist after her own struggle to find a therapist that looks like her. Kianna wants to dismantle the stigma that many communities carry about seeking help for mental challenges and show people that everyone can benefit from a better relationship with themselves. Kianna attended undergrad at Colgate University for Sociology and Biology. A passion for Mental Health and a thirst to understand why people do the things we do, led her to attend the Syracuse University School of Social Work and majored in Mental Health. Kianna works with diverse populations of all ages since then and enjoys working with people who have come from disadvantaged backgrounds, people of color, women, Autists, and persons living with Anxiety and Trauma of all kinds. Trauma comes in many forms and the abuser can be a member of your family, a stranger and even your society.
